ARC Will Give Retractable Awnings & Vinyl Fences Possible Approval

As a result of changes by the master association for Rancho Santa Margarita - SAMLARC - your Los Paseos Board of Directors approved the ability for owners to submit architectural applications for the installation of Vinyl Fences and Retractable Awnings.
Each application will be evaluated ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS and the fact that one application may be approved does not mean that the next application would be.
Owners interested in vinyl fencing need to do their homework and locate company’s that can produce a fence product that is “wood grain” in finish and will match exactly the existing fence an owner has both in color and style. Your application MUST include a sample of the fence you would like to install.
For those interested in installing retractable awnings, owners will need to choose solid colors, stripes will NOT be allowed, that blend in harmony with your existing house color scheme. The awnings will not be permitted in front yard areas and will be limited in size, base on your specific location request. You must also submit with your application a sample of the exact material you would like to install.
