Annual Meeting of Members
The Annual Meeting is held in November of each year. At the next annual meeting 2 two year positions on the Board of Directors will be open for election.
Financial
The association's fiscal year runs from April 1st to March 31st
The new fiscal year budget begins on April 1, 2012 and must be mailed to the membership no later than February 29, 2012.
The association annual audit is mailed to homeowners each year by approximately July 31st.
Maintenance
Vendors with on-going service contracts with the association provide maintenance as follows:
Landscaping - twice per week on Tuesday & Friday
Trash Pick-up - Trash pickup is on Thursday of each week. Trash cans may be placed out as early as noon on Wednesday and must be brought back in by 10 am on Friday.
Street Sweeping - 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Pool Service - three times weekly Monday, Wednesday & Friday (summer) & twice weekly, Monday & Friday (winter)
Janitorial (pool) - weekly on Friday
Parking Patrol Service - At least once daily to monitor vehicles not permitted to park in guest parking.
