SAMLARC has changed the colors owners are permitted to paint their homes effective July 2008. The existing colors below are no longer permitted to be used. Your Los Paseos Architectural Review Committee & Board of Directors have begun work to detertime specifics related to the new color schemes permitted by SAMLARC. That information will be update as soon as possible.
