Board Meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of each odd numbered month beginning at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at The Fountains Senior Apartments on El Corazon. Homeowner Session begins at 6:30 p.m. Call South Coast Property management at 714 444-2602 for meeting confirmation and other information.
The Annual Meeting of Members for the purpose of electing individuals to two year terms on the board of directors is held in November of each year. Candidates will be needed for the three open positions in 2012.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012.

City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall located at 22112 El Paseo - Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688.
Planning Commission meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall.
